We are a private outpatient practice that specializes in manual hands on treatment.
Our therapist see patients from many different counties and states due to our unique hands on manual treatments.

Responsibilities:
Interact with patients and staff in a very strong team atmosphere that promotes, integrity, compassion and the progression of the Physical Therapy profession either in person or over the phone Manage patient schedules in a clinic that provides cutting edge physical therapy treatments.
Assist our Doctors of Physical Therapy with managing their schedules and providing excellent patient experience.
Develop with the help of consistent mentorship, the efficient day to day operations of the front desk.
Collect patient insurance information.
Collect co-payments and deductibles upon visit.
Ensure that all documentation is completed and all necessary documentation is signed by the patient.
Qualifications:
Kindness and compassion.
Ability to work independently and bond with co-workers and patients.
Computer Skills necessary.
Will mentor all other qualifications for the right candidate.
