What do we mean by Live-in? You relocate and move in with a client at their house.
You work full-time, usually 6-7 days per week.
You have your own private bedroom in their house.
You help them as needed, on and off, throughout each day, with memory-care or ADLs, and house chores/cooking.
You sleep in their home every night.
You may get scheduled breaks to leave the home each week or month.

Experienced Live-in Caregiver needed We are helping a family to privately hire an experienced live-in for their mother who is going on hospice and needs help with some ADLs and household chores.
She lives alone and is in her mid 90s.
Interview by video.
If you like each other, the family can contribute towards your transportation to get to them (drive or fly).
Position:
Live-in caregiver for care recipient who is about to go on hospice.
Client's desired schedule:
Full-time (24/7 live-in with 6-12 hours off a week) Pay range:
$1,800-$2,000 per week depending on schedule and experience.
Requirements to apply 1.
Two strong references from previous, paid, long-term LIVE-IN CARE clients.
The references can not be from co-workers or supervisors.
They must be from the family themselves.

years of verifiable ADL caregiving experience.
3.
Can move in within 2 weeks of being hired.
4.
Willing to be drug tested and background checked.
5.
Have the technological means to do a Zoom video interview (laptop, computer, or smartphone) 6.
Have health insurance or be willing to get a self-paid policy if hired.
7.
Be dog friendly (no petcare is needed) 8.
Be kind and quiet by nature.
She is not looking for a chatty companion.
Notes from the family She needs a very kind, quiet caregiver who will be there to help here but give Mom her own space as much as possible so she can continue to have her own quiet time and feel as independent as possible.
Process:
1.
Fill out an application.
If you meet the job requirements, you will move on to the next stage.

Pass a 6-question phone screening interview with us.
3.
Submit 2
live-in care references that we can verify.
If your live-in references are both very strong, you will move on to the next stage.
4.
Have a Zoom interview with the family's recruiter.
They are working to find the top 3 candidates for our client to interview.
5.
Zoom interview with the family directly.
This is your time to shine and to ask questions about their specific needs and desired live-in schedule.
6.
If they choose you, you will get a written job offer to consider.
If you accept, you will need to move in with them by the start date (usually 2 weeks after being hired) 7.
Must be a US resident who is currently living in the US.
We do not employ or co-employ any caregiver.
We are 3rd party recruiters that specialize in fulfilling long-term live-in caregiver positions with families.
The family is the employer and pays you directly through a payroll service.
All pay is on the books as a W2 employee.
You negotiate all terms/schedules/duties/pay with the family, not us.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
