Strong Verbal and written communication skills Must be able to make presentations to our clients.
Ability to work in a fast paced environment and handle multiple projects Computer literate, including knowledge of the agency management system and proficient in Word and Excel.
Develop and maintain excellent relationships with our partners, carriers, vendors and clients.
Handle insured and underwriter's questions.
Follow-up and maintain information from insured and underwriters.
Rating on multiple carrier's systems (Travelers, Erie, Penn National, Grange, Safeco & More) Complete Applications and Bind coverage Policy endorsements/changes Draft Letters to clients Billing Cross sells and upsells a must Must be able to handle a high call volume Contain a Positive Attitude and work well with others Must have PA or non resident Property & Casualty Insurance License This will be a salary plus commissions position Job Type:
